RobotDocket is an early-stage company currently in its pilot phase. This policy describes how we handle personal information collected through this website and during pilot programs. We will update it as the product and company develop.

1. Who we are

RobotDocket ("we", "us") builds commissioning-records software for industrial robot installation projects. You can contact us about this policy at hello@robotdocket.com.

2. Information we collect

3. How we use information

We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer project documents to train general-purpose AI models.

4. Service providers

The RobotDocket platform is being built on Amazon Web Services (AWS), which we use to store and process data, including document storage, text extraction and AI-assisted classification. We may use other service providers for email and similar business functions. Service providers process data on our behalf and under our instructions.

5. Data security

We use access controls, encryption in transit and at rest, and monitoring to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Retention

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and follow up. Pilot project data is retained for the duration of the pilot and then returned or deleted on request, unless we are required to keep it longer by law.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@robotdocket.com. Depending on where you are located, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection law.

8. Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when the page loads.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the company and product develop. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed.
