Terms of Service
Last updated: 5 October 2026
These terms apply to use of the RobotDocket website and, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, to participation in the RobotDocket pilot program. Pilot participants may be asked to agree to additional pilot-specific terms.
1. The service
RobotDocket provides software for organizing commissioning records for industrial robot installation projects, including asset registers, test checklists, evidence uploads, document classification, missing-record flags, reviewer sign-off tracking and exportable handover packs. The service is in development and features may change.
2. Records, not robot control
RobotDocket manages records. It does not control, configure or monitor robots, controllers or safety systems. Qualified personnel remain solely responsible for acceptance decisions, safety validation and compliance with applicable standards and regulations. A complete record in RobotDocket does not mean an installation is safe or compliant.
3. AI-assisted features
Some features, such as text extraction, document classification and draft gap summaries, use automated and AI-assisted processing. These outputs may be incomplete or incorrect and are provided as suggestions for review. You are responsible for checking them before relying on them.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the documents and data you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited right to host, process and display Your Content solely to provide the service to you. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to upload Your Content, including any information relating to your customers or personnel.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to access other customers' data, interfering with the service's operation, uploading malicious content, or using the service in breach of applicable law.
6. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@robotdocket.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
7. Pilot program and fees
Pilot access, duration and any fees are agreed with each participant in writing. Subscription pricing for general availability will be published separately.
8. Availability and changes
During the pilot phase the service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes affecting pilot participants where possible.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RobotDocket is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for losses arising from acceptance, safety or operational decisions made using records stored in the service.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access for breach of these terms. On termination, we will make Your Content available for export for a reasonable period, then delete it unless the law requires otherwise.
